For more than three years, the Fifteen Percent Pledge has been working to help major corporations to re-evaluate their organizational structures, funding streams, and supply chains, in order to create new economic opportunities and greater equity for Black businesses.

We currently offer the grants and awards below, but are constantly working to launch more.

Our signature award, the Achievement Award is open to Black-owned businesses (50%+ equity) with a minimum annual revenue of $100k and between 2-15 employees (including the founder). 

Our Sephora Beauty Grant awards one Black business owner within the beauty industry a $100,000 grant to unlock the next level of growth and potential for their brand build a bridge between you and the Sephora team.

We're excited to be partnering with the Dream Makers Founder Grant to drive a dedicated effort to support female entrepreneurs, particularly spotlighting the talents and innovations of Black and BIPOC founders, distributing $25,000 grants to five business owners each year.
