The Fifteen Percent Pledge is creating a pipeline of access to companies and customers that has never existed before for Black-owned businesses. Since we launched in 2020, over a dozen major retailers such as Sephora, Macy's, Ulta Beauty, J.Crew, and more have taken the Pledge and we've shifted over $14B of revenue to Black-owned businesses. Our team works closely with Pledge partners to audit, advise, build out Pledge contracts, and hold them accountable. Your donation today will help us to continue this important work.
We are a non-profit organization calling on multi-brand retailers and corporations to dedicate 15% of their total purchasing power to supporting Black-owned businesses. Our mission is to encourage the private sector—from Fortune 500 companies to individual consumers—to use their financial power to create more equitable market share for Black-owned businesses.
